Unmanned Air and Ground Platforms Support Exploration and Logistics

Abstract

Unmanned, remote platforms gather multi-band video, radar, thermal infrared, and acoustic signals. Imaging satellites are the original Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV); now drones and autonomous vehicles deliver critical input for pipeline maintenance, seismic planning, security/surveillance, environmental compliance and remediation efforts. We will explore the applications in place today and the increased revenue generation potentials that will result by leveraging unmanned technology of all types.
