Abstract: Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery and Improved Production Efficiency

This paper discusses data collected during the past eight years from oil wells and fields which have been influenced by Microbial Enhanced Oil Recovery and Microbial Improved Production Efficiency. An analysis of the data quantifies the effectiveness and economics of this applied technology; and determines which, if any, reservoir characteristics are dominant factors in qualifying the application of this technology.
