ABSTRACT: A Multidiscipline Study Offshore Texas, Gulf of Mexico

In a 500 sq mi area of the Gulf of Mexico off the Texas coast, we closely examined geologic, gravity, magnetic, seismic, and surface geochemical data and produced an integrated interpretation in an effort to better understand the information contribution of each method, and to attempt to improve the visualization of the physical makeup of the subsurface thereby increasing exploration efficiency in the region. The various data are presented in profile and contour form along with the integrated interpretation and a discussion of survey parameters, procedures, results, and conclusions.
