E&P Digital: A Blueprint to Accelerate and Scale the Transformation

Abstract

Deriving value from Digital in Oil and Gas requires more than the application of digital technologies. Efficiency and performance gains will be very difficult to come by unless digital technologies are reimagined, made contextually relevant to Oil and Gas, and transformation driven throughout the lifecycle. Doing this is not simple. To achieve the full impact of the fourth industrial revolution in Oil and Gas, requires the combination of advanced technologies, navigating the journey with continuous innovation and agility, and deploying advanced skills. This talk will provide practical examples of how some large scale initiatives in Digital across Oil and Gas industry bear fruit and what it takes to succeed in a fast-evolving, highly competitive and complex industry.
