Summary
This paper presents a new technique for integrating micro-image data with standard openhole logs to improve formation evaluation in thinly laminated reservoirs. The imaging device is briefly reviewed, the technique is explained, and field examples are presented to illustrate the evaluation improvements made possible by the new technique.
