The search engine allows for use of one to four words--or one phrase within double quotes & as many as three additional words. Even where the words are outside, or without, double quotes, they are considered to be related to a specific or a restricted search. The search engine is case insensitive. Words of one or two letters, prepositions, conjunctions, and pronouns should not be part of a search, unless it, or they, is part of a phrase within double quotes.
