IOR/EOR Strategic Integration for Mature Fields Development. Colombian Case

Abstract

The IOR/EOR program developed by Ecopetrol at Colombian oil field cases, had been allowed the incremental of reserves and extended the potential of Production at different mature fields. Challenges of the comparative advantage given by the different type of reservoirs, fluids and system had been required integral solutions developed with internal and external strategies with the transformation and sustainable drivers from Pilots to Expansion, under the development plan of the assets.
