Abstract

In the given work results of petrographic (Ro) geochemical (Rock-Eval) and molecular studies are represented. These studies show that one could distinguish three groups of organic matter (OM): marine, continental and mixed II/III. Over these three groups there are rocks whose organic contents are mainly bituminous. The bitumen is also detected in many samples which are generally associated, with the OM of the algal type and mixed.
