Proper elimination of surface related multiples is an important -and often necessary step - in processing marine seismic data. Despite the wide variety of methods and algorithms for Surface Related Multiple Elimination (SRME), the making of a 3D SRME algorithm that would satisfy a sequence of standards remains to be a challenge. In our poster, we demostrate Saudi Aramco experience in running SRME algorithm on Red Sea data, using Previous HitHighNext Hit Previous HitPerformanceNext Hit and Grid Previous HitComputingNext Hit resources. Our results show that SRME is a feasible algorithm when considering the right resoureces and proper HPC designs.
