Using prestack depth migration seismic reflection profiles and surface geological investigations, we constructed the initial structure model of the Dushanzi anticline. Comparing synthetized seismic profiles acquired by wave equation forwarding modeling with ordinary seismic profiles, we can determine the forelimb dip and the configuration of the Dushanzi anticline. Based on the fault-related theory, we interpreted that the main fault of this trishear fault-propagation fold. Constrained by the principle of the balanced coress section technology, we use the numerical simulation to analysis the quantitative kinematics of the master fault and determine the fault geometric characteristics of the Dushanzi anticline (fault dip, fault truncations, fault shape, etc.). Finally, we constructed the quantitative model of Dushanzi anticline: Dushanzi anticline is located on the hanging wall of the Dushanzi fault with 43 ° dip; the K1tg-N1s layers are dispaced with the detachment layer located on the K1tg layer. The lower-middle formations of the Dushanzi anticline has better reservoir prospecting, which is also the further reasonable exploration target.
