Imaging Below an Extremely Complex Sea-Floor – Data Examples From the Erotosthenes Structure, Offshore Cyprus

This poster shows the progressive noise attenuation performed during the data processing of a 2D marine survey, offshore Cyprus during 2006.
Long offset, high fold 2D data were acquired with a large source and processed using swell noise attenuation, tau-P domain deconvolution, SRME, high resolution parabolic radon, MDA & PSTM to give a final stacked image showing previously unseen reflectors below a highly rugose seafloor.
