Abstract: In-Situ Stress Investigation of Jingqiu Oil Field Sand Section No. 2 Oil-Bottom Structure

LIAN, ZHANGHUA, Southwest Petroleum Inst.

JingQiu oilfield located at Chulu county, Heibei, in P. R. Of China, the JingQiu oilfield sand section No.2 oil-bottom structure (JQSS) is 3080 meters deep. The drape area is 2.48 square kilometers, including 6 faultages. Oil source bed mainly distributed 2900~3300 meters deep, the terrane obliquity angle is 50~80 degree. The paper established the finite element mechanical model of JingQiu Oil Field Sand Section No.2 Oil-bottom Structure. The in-situ stresses were found with fault displacement, fault obliquity and separation. Cap mathematical model was used to rock properties, based on the elasto-plastic FEM theory, the in-situ stress distribution of the research region was obtained by the analysis software ANSYS. The tension stress regions were divided in terms of the magnitude of principal stresses, the regions may produce some tensile fractures, and form fracture developed zone, it has guidance meaning to find the fracturing developed zone and determine the well position. The paper describes and analyzes the results obtained
