LIVINGSTON, NEAL D.

The Midway Sunset field has produced over 2 billion barrels of oil since the turn of the century. Many of the field's primary producing zones are fully developed based on production profiles of existing wells. Standard interpretation of open hole and cased hole log response from wells, confirm the mature nature of the reservoir, and would lead one to bypass additional reserves.

Nuevo Energy, in response to the comparison of OOIP estimates and oil recovered from the Potter Sand on its Bremer Fee Property, is committed to continued development drilling in a mature steam Previous HitfloodTop area. Recently drilled, blind spot wells, are commercial successes as cyclic producers.
