The East Keith gas field is a domal feature covering approximately 4 sq mi (10 sq km) that had an original recoverable gas reserve in excess of 15 Bcf per square mile. Undrilled areas nearby could contain additional features of this magnitude.
Recent completions in the top of the Greenhorn Formation (second White Speck zone) and the thin Bow Island "spikes" offer a rather widespread objective that, although not prolific, should pay for the exploration necessary to find or disprove the existence of other similar features.
